The Mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

“Each of the one hundred will learn something from Scouting, and all will develop hobbies that will add interest throughout the rest of their lives. Approximately one-half will serve in the military, and in varying degrees, profit from their Scout training. At least one will use it to save another person’s life, and many may credit it for saving their own.

211 Great Knot Site
Posted by MrAbele on Friday, November 02, 2007 (22:41:27) (49 reads)

I ran across a great animated knot site and wanted to put it here so all can get to it quickly.
There are other animated knot sites but this one does a very good job with the knots that are specific to the early boy scout ranks. Scouter, Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class.

Take a look and tie them and come get your book signed at a meeting.
